The Building Transformation Program (BTP) augments the capacity of building owners to identify, optimize, and implement deep retrofits to save energy, reduce operating costs, and meet sustainability goals in Atlantic Canada.
By participating in the program, building owners can access comprehensive support to modernize their facilities, navigate the deep retrofit process, create a clear deep retrofit path, and identify and apply for financing options.
The BTP is ideal for buildings built before 2000, particularly those without significant efficiency upgrades or retrofits in recent years or that use fuel oil, natural gas, or inefficient electric sources for heating and cooling.
