Personal information we collect to assess your eligibility and prepare for your participation in the Building Transformation Program may include but is not limited to:

• Name

• Email address

• Building information

• Organization name (only for individuals interested in becoming a partner)

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The information we collect will be used to identify a coach for you to work with, identify potential deep retrofit opportunities, and guide you through the retrofit process. For individuals interested in becoming a partner, information collected is used to assess potential partnership opportunities. We also use any contact information to establish communication with you.

You will have the opportunity to review and update your information, and you may withdraw your consent at any time, with the understanding that this may affect your participation in the program. The information collected will be limited to what is necessary to assess your application and manage your participation in the program.
